Please click the above image to be redirected to our registration site. Our class features a 5 hour dynamic session that is sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. We teach their curriculum and add a unique perspective with our guest speakers. We have been told time and time again that our class is the best in town! This course will qualify you to receive down payment assistance for the cities of Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland and state funds, like the popular Home Advantage Program. The course is a complete home-buying overview and talks about everything from getting pre-qualified with the lender to house shopping with the Realtor ®, insurance tips and tricks along with an interactive “Ask the Expert” question and answer session.
The course educators all donate their time and volunteer to teach people about home ownership in hopes to earn your trust and work together in the future.

Instructors include Sara Morales, a licensed Washington State REALTOR ® / BROKER who is with Professional Realty Services formerally known as HomeSmart Advisors. Sara holds a military residential specialist certificate, a first time home buyer educators certificate and a Bachelors Degree in Communications & Marketing. Luis Campos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from WSU and is a certified lending professional with Umpqua Bank. Jason Hogue of American Family Insurance has over 8+ years of experience and will educate on the insurance aspect of buying a home. Lastly, we will have Ryan Brightman of Proper Home Inspections to talk everything related to the inspection. What you can expect, how long it takes and good questions to ask your inspector. Occasionally we will have guests from Title & Escrow and Financial Planners as well.
